Camp Schedule

Next Level Performance Camp - Day 1

2pm: Check-In

Welcome to the Next Level Performance Camp! Participants will check in and receive their camp materials, including schedules, jerseys, and any necessary information.

3pm: On-Ice Session #1

Kick off the camp with our first on-ice session, focusing on fundamentals. Coaches will provide personalized feedback to help players enhance their techniques.

430pm: Off-Ice Workout

Players will engage in an off-ice training session designed to improve strength, and power. This workout will complement on-ice skills and build overall athleticism.

6pm: Dinner

Enjoy a nutritious dinner to refuel and prepare for the evening sessions. Coaches will discuss the importance of Nutrition, and making good choices and habits.

630pm: Future Prospects Presentation, Q&A (Players)

An informative session where players will learn about pathways to advance in their hockey careers, if they are considering a future in North America. Louis and Pierre will share their experiences in Junior College, and Professional Hockey. We will also discuss future opportunities to travel to North America and visit US Colleges, including Louis's alma mater, Harvard.

7pm: Future Prospects Presentation, Q&A (Parents)

Parents are invited to a parallel session, focusing on supporting their children’s hockey journeys and understanding the opportunities available in the sport and to further their education prospects.

730pm: On-Ice Session #2

Return to the ice for a second session, where players will apply what they’ve learned and continue developing their skills through competitive drills and game situations.

830pm: One-on-one meeting opportunity

Provide feedback, player potential, plan for the future and ideas for next steps.

Camp Schedule

Next Level Performance Camp - Day 2

8am: On-Ice Session #3

Start the day with another on-ice session focusing on advanced techniques and tactical play. Coaches will introduce new strategies to enhance gameplay.

930am: Off-Ice Workout

Players will engage in a second off-ice workout, emphasizing speed, agility and quickness drills to take their training to the next level.

1130am: Lunch

Players will have a chance to refuel and relax before the afternoon activities.

1pm: On-Ice Session #4

Join us for the final on-ice session, where players will showcase their skills in a game-like environment. This session will emphasize teamwork and strategy.

2pm: On-ice group photo and Lucky Draw

Gather for a group photo to commemorate the camp experience! Following the photo, we will conduct the lucky draw, where players can win special camp gear.

230pm: Check-out

As the camp concludes, participants will check out and receive some takeaways. We hope you enjoyed your time and look forward to seeing you at future camps!
